After placing your order you will first receive and E-mail confirmation with your order number. Be sure to check your spam folder and settings to ensure you receive this E-mail. A tracking number will be E-mailed to you the day after your order ships. Most Orders ship out of our warehouse 3 - 5 business days after the day you order. You will be able to track your package on fedex.com after 9 P.M. on the day your order ships from our warehouse. Please add an extra 2 or 3 days of processing time to all APO, AE, FPO, PO Boxes, International Orders, and Items listed in our Superstore or Books Page that aren’t published directly by Harper Arrington. You will automatically receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
After estimating your processing time look at Fed Ex ground map below to find out the transit time to your destination. Note: these are normal times as sometimes delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. The Fed Ex map applies to USA residential customers only. Post Office Box orders ship Priority Mail which is 2 - 4 business days of transit. International packages ship out usps.com - Global Express. International Packages normally arrive 5 to 10 business days after being shipped.
