Liza C. Bugarin
Co-Founder & Chief Fashion Designer
Ms. Liza C. Bugarin is an established dancer and choreographer with 22 of years experience in dance, theatre and fine arts. She has choreographed for several dance concerts, musicals and dance studios throughout Orange County, CA. While establishing Allay California, she is employed by Disney performing in Aladdin – A Musical Spectacular at Disney’s California Adventure where she performs a featured role as the Carpet. Prior to working at Disney, Ms. Bugarin was on the North American Tour of Miss Saigon. While on tour, she began to design and crochet scarves for her fellow cast members for the harsh winter seasons. She got her inspiration from a European magazine to create the TurtleScarf and hooded TurtleScarf. Fashion has always been an influence in Bugarin’s creative lifestyle, and she knew that the TurtleScarf would be a success. The TurtleScarf is under patent with exclusive rights of use belonging only to Allay California.
Ms. Bugarin graduated with B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and a Minor in Dance from California State University, Long Beach.
Raemar P. Domingo Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Raemar P. Domingo is a Certified Quality Auditor with 5 years experience in Quality mostly in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. While establishing Allay California, he is employed by Pathway Diagnostics which is a bioresearch company specializing in developing biomarkers of disease into novel esoteric tests. He also worked several years at a pharmaceutical company, Chiron Corporation. His main responsibilities are overseeing and managing compliance, production, and quality issues for the company’s services.
Mr. Domingo’s passion and desire for the Fine Arts began at childhood. Throughout his high school and college years, he managed to work jobs in the Fashion Apparel and Footwear Industry. He worked his way up to responsible positions at several retail stores, Express, Victoria Secret, and Macy’s. With his diverse experience in management, quality, and production, his work experience will blend with Allay California’s business concept.
Mr. Domingo graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology and a Minor in Biological Sciences at Sonoma State University and a Regulatory Affairs Certificate at San Diego State University. He is an active member of the American Society for Quality and the Society of Quality Assurance.
